TST Completes Insulation Upgrade Project for TMT in Utah
NORTH LOGAN, UTAH – In December of 2013, TST completed a unique insulation project at the Thermal Management Technologies facility located in North Logan, UT. As an innovative research and development Company, TMT provides a wide range of practical thermal science solutions and products for use in commercial industry, military defense, and applications in space.
The insulation project involves measurement, design, manufacture and installation of TST’s custom-made Removable Insulation Covers (RIC) on a proprietary water conversion product that was recently constructed at the facility. All measurement and installation work for the RICs was carried out at the site.
TST manufactured and installed RICs that were fabricated with a hydrophobic Pyrogel XT internal insulation of varying thicknesses. For more information about our innovative RICs designed to repel water in flood-prone confined spaces, click here.
