TST Completes Insulation Project at Skyworks Facility
ADAMSTOWN, MD – TST recently completed a unique insulation project at the Skyworks manufacturing facility in Adamstown, MD. TST measured, designed and manufactured custom-made Removable Insulation Covers (RICs) for high-temperature stainless steel piping on several spray dryers at the facility. The RICs will provide personnel protection to all employees when working with the equipment on a daily basis. All RIC’s were fabricated with PTFE jacketing and 1” thick needled fiberglass insulation mat.
