ST. LOUIS, MO – Working in conjunction with Utility Systems Solutions, Inc. (US2), TST is nearly half way through with the manufacture and installation of almost 4,000 Removable Insulation Covers (RIC) that are designed to restore the thermal efficiency of steam piping at nine (9) different VA Medical Centers throughout Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. In late March, TST’s installation team completed the manufacture and installation of over 750 RICs at Marion VA Medical Center (Marion, IL) and the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center (Poplar Bluff, MO) in three (3) days. In early May, our installation team completed the manufacture and installation of over 1,500 RICs at John Cochran VA Medical Center (St. Louis, MO) and Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Center (St. Louis, MO) in just eight (8) days. TST expects to resume installation of RICs at the Kansas City VA Medical Center and the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center (Columbia, MO) in mid-June. Stay tuned for more project updates.
