TST Awarded Insulation Upgrade Project – Jackson-Madison General Hospital

ENCO Partners has awarded TST an energy-improvement insulation project at the Jackson-Madison General Hospital located in Jackson, TN. TST will measure, design, fabricate and install Removable Insulation Covers (RIC) on steam pipe fittings and equipment which will reduce heat losses and save energy throughout each facility for years to come. Having removable, reusable insulation will save the facility money over the years as the insulation can be removed and reinstalled when maintenance or repairs are necessary on the valves, y-strainers, steam traps and other equipment. In addition to RICs, TST will also install ASJ fiberglass pipe insulation on sections of bare steam pipe and fittings throughout many of the same areas at the hospital.

Energy Conservation Partners, LLC (ENCO) has over 25 years of experience designing steam projects for the ESCO market.  ENCO develops ECMs for energy service companies, focusing primarily on steam system audits and steam trap replacement programs.  As the industry leader in analyzing steam systems, ENCO also assists their clients in identifying optimal energy solutions for maximum savings on both the supply and demand sides through energy reduction.
