KANSAS CITY, MO – Working in conjunction with Utility Systems Solutions, Inc. (US2), TST is more than half way through with the manufacture and installation of almost 4,000 Removable Insulation Covers (RIC) that are designed to restore the thermal efficiency of steam piping at nine (9) different VA Medical Centers throughout Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. In early July, TST’s installation team completed the manufacture and installation of over 900 RICs at the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center (Columbia, MO) and the Kansas City VA Medical Center (Kansas City, MO) in five (5) days. TST expects to resume installation of RICs at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center (Leavenworth, KS) and the Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center (Topeka, KS) mid-July. Stay tuned for more project updates.
