Central Detention Facility Insulation Upgrades
TST has successfully completed insulation upgrades at the Central Detention Facility in Washington, D.C. TST designed and manufactured 22 custom-made Removable Insulation Covers (RICs) for steam piping and fittings located throughout the facility. Applying RICs to the bare fittings, such as valves and y-strainers, will drastically reduce ambient temperatures and conserve energy and operating costs.
